You will have 24/7/365 access to your dedicated project and account manager though our online project management system. Also included in your website plan is up to 1 hour a month of free updates to your website. No more suprise bills if you need to make a few changes

With increased attacks and threats, the security of your website is a top priority. Included in your website plan is our “Standard” website security plan, as well as a SSL Certificate to let visitors know your website is secure.

Can I meet with you to review my website?
You can setup one (1) 30-minute planning meeting at our Lakeland sales office. Any subsequent meetings will be billed at $75.00/hr, or you can purchase our enhanced support package that includes up to five (5) hours of in person time for $250.00.
Will you be creating a fully custom website for me?
To keep our prices low, we use professionally designed and coded themes for our Business Website Packages. We then work with you to achieve the look and feel to best serve your purpose.
Is there a contract for your Business Website Packages?
There is an initial one (1) year contract for all Business Website Packages. After that, your account is automatically transitioned to a month-to-month contract.
If I leave BrightSky Web Design, what happens to my website?
Our Business Website Packages are considered a “service”, and as such, upon cancellation of service or lapse in payment, your “service” with BrightSky Web Design will be suspended until your account is brought current.
What if I want to leave BrightSky but want to keep my website.
We will provide you a proposal to purchase your website in its current state. You will then be responsible to pay for hosting, email, support and updates at our published monthly rates, or find your own alternative.
What happens if I cancel my service with you before the end of the first year?
Upon early cancellation, your Credit Card on file will be billed for the remaining balance of the first year.
